Description of service
StayInfo provides tools to create personalized digital guest guides for Airbnb or hotel properties. Users can customize their guides with photos, descriptions, amenities, local recommendations, and an AI concierge.
Accounts & content
You own your content — and your responsibilities.
User accounts
- To access certain features you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it promptly if it changes.
User content
- You are solely responsible for content you upload, publish, or display on your guide — including text, images, and other media.
- By submitting content you grant StayInfo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute it in connection with operating the platform.
- You retain ownership of your content.
Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
- Collect or harvest personal information of other users.
Fees & payments
What you pay for and when.
StayInfo charges fees for certain plans and features. By subscribing you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on the platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated — see our Booking & Payment Policies for full details.
Intellectual property & liability
Intellectual property
StayInfo retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the platform, including trademarks, logos, and software. Users retain ownership of the content they upload.
Limitation of liability
- StayInfo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, for accessing the platform.
Modification of terms. StayInfo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
Where disputes are settled.
These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Héraðsdómur Reykjavíkur (Reykjavík District Court) in Iceland.
