How do I add cards to my hotel?

Go to My Listings and click on your hotel or Airbnb. There you can preview how your guide looks to guests. Open the Stay Info section to view all existing cards. You’ll also find a Create Card button where you can add your own custom cards for check-in details, Wi-Fi, breakfast, parking, house rules, and more.

Can I add a card to Nearby or Discovery?

No — Nearby and Discovery cards are generated automatically based on your property’s location. However, you can add any custom information you want in your Stay Info section.

Can I hide cards?

Yes. Open your hotel from My Listings and go to the Nearby section. On each card, you’ll see a star icon and a ghost icon in the top-right corner. Click the ghost icon to hide a card. Hidden cards move to the bottom of the page and appear grayed out. You can always unhide them later by clicking the ghost icon again.

Can I recommend cards?

In the Nearby section, click the star icon on any card to mark it as recommended. The card will display a “Recommended by Host” label and move to the top of the page. You can remove the recommendation anytime by clicking the star again.

Can I change the location of my hotel?

We recommend creating a new listing instead. This ensures that all Nearby and Discovery cards are generated correctly for the new location.

How do I print out my hotel?

In My Listings, you’ll find a PDF button on the right side of your hotel card. Click it to download a printable PDF version of your guide. You can print it and place it in your property, on the fridge, or in a standard A4 frame for guests to scan.

Can I share my hotel in a message or email?

Yes. On the right side of your hotel card in My Listings, you’ll find a Share button. You can share your guide by email, message, or simply copy the direct link and use it however you like.
